To ensure we can continue providing long-term support to our customers, we are introducing our Solar & Battery Service & Maintenance Plan.
Annual Membership Fee
£175 + VAT per year (£210 including VAT)
The plan includes:
✔ Ongoing remote monitoring and support.
✔ Two remote health checks per year, complete with written reports.
✔ One annual on-site service visit.
✔ Annual electrical testing of the installation.
✔ One included call-out visit per year for fault investigation.
✔ Up to 30 minutes of telephone support per year.
✔ Priority customer support.
✔ Assistance with fault diagnosis and replacement equipment sourcing.
✔ Discounted labour rate of £60 + VAT per hour (standard rate £85 + VAT).
✔ 5% discount on any additional electrical work carried out by Smart Home Technical Ltd.
